Checklist Before Going Live
Here are some tips to make sure your live broadcast goes smoothly on Uplive:
1. Make sure your device is charged
- The last thing you want is for your phone to turn off during your livestream. You could miss out on potential gifts!
- Have a full battery every time you go live so this doesn't happen.
2. Update Uplive
- Make sure your Uplive app is updated so any glitches are fixed.
- Failure to do so could lead to performance issues in the app and affect your broadcast.
3. Stable Network
- Have a stable network. Internet connectivity issues can lead to buffering, delays, and more during your livestream.
- A fast and smooth network makes your livestream easier to watch.
4. Have a Good Photo
-Having a good profile picture will attract more viewers.
-For a good profile picture, make sure it is high resolution. No blurry or gritty photos.
-Make sure your face is clearly shown. No text, images, masks etc. should cover your face.
-Have good lighting so that your picture is clear.
5. Share on Social Media
-To increase your viewers, share your stream on your social media. Encourage your followers and friends to watch your livestream!
6. Lastly, stay positive!
-Viewers are more likely to stay and interact if you stay positive! Have a conversation with your viewers, ask questions, etc.
-Appoint someone as an Admin so they can block mean or abusive language during your stream.
Follow these tips and have a smooth livestream!
