Uplive FAQ Part 1
Uplive is a global live streaming app where users can broadcast themselves, view live streams, play games, and more.
Here are some Frequently Asked Questions that live streamers may have:
1. How to change my Up account ID?
Go to your homepage, click on the pencil icon in the top right corner, click on the Up account to change. Note: Each Up account ID can only be changed ONCE and cannot be changed again.
2. How do I know the total hours I streamed and uCoins I received in the current month?
Go to your homepage, click on my live broadcast to see the total hours you streamed and your total uCoins in the current month. Note: It is recommended to save this page at the end of each month to track your growth.
3. What is V certification? How to get it?

3. What is V certification? How to get it?
V verification is the goal of every host. It's a sign of the host's recognition
Red V certification: collect 1 million uCoins or more
Purple V certification: collect 2 million uCoins or more
Silver V certification: collect 5 million uCoins or more
Gold V certification: collect 15 million uCoins or more
Black V certification: collect 30 million uCoins or more
4. How do I know if the user is an Up staff member?
You can click on the user's bubble on top of your live stream room to view the user's profile. If the user has an official verification badge, he/she is a staff member.
Staff members also have an orange verification badge on their profile photo.
5. What is the status?
Go to your home page, click on the pencil icon in the upper right corner, and then modify your status under "status".
For example, hosts can post their updates, their next stream time, requirements for joining hosts’ fan club, and etc. to connect with fans.
6. How do I know who sent the most gifts to me?
Go to your personal page, select "Top Fans", you'll see the daily list, the monthly list and the overall list.
Note: Hosts can hold events such as “Today’s Top Fans” and “My top fans in this month” to motivate fans.
7. Fans want to recharge for me, what should I do?
Click on the recharge banner to open the VIP customer service page. You'll see the VIP customer service contact information on this page. Keep a look out for promotions. Recharge your account or purchase guardian during these promotions brings you more uDiamonds. Current promotions are displayed on the banner.
Note: Recharge through customer service is safer, faster, and better value than through the App store or Google Play.
8. How to set up room admin? What is room admin?
If a fan is trustworthy, you can click on the fan's picture and select "appoint room admin". A room admin helps maintain the order in your broadcast.
Note: Appoint room admins at the beginning of your broadcast. Room admin can kick out viewers, ban viewers from commenting, and etc. Be sure to choose trustworthy fans to be your room admin. You can appoint up to 5 room admins.
