9. What are levels and VIP?
Level: The fastest way for users and hosts to level up is sending gifts. The higher your level is, the more gifts you have sent.

Note: Click VIP privileges on your personal page to see your VIP privileges and details.
10. What are audio broadcast and video broadcast?
When you are ready to broadcast, you can select live video or live audio on the bottom. The live audio is similar to radio shows.
Note: You can collect gifts through audio broadcast. However, audio does not count as required monthly hours. Please keep this in mind when you select between audio and video for your broadcast.
11. Can I withdraw or convert my uCoins to uDiamonds?
Click My live broadcast on your personal page, select Redeem U coins or U coins to U diamonds.
Note: Contracted hosts cannot redeem or convert U coins because if you accidentally redeem or convert your U coins, this will affect your salary and lead to a loss of revenue.
12. What does check-in do? What if I forget to check-in?
It's another way to help you level up in addition to recharge or sending gifts. You'll also gain experience points and U diamonds through check-in.
Note: If you forgot to check in, you can click "My Check-in" on your personal page to check in.
