Uplive FAQ Part 3

 

Uplive is a global live streaming app where users can broadcast themselves, view live streams, play games, and more. 

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions Part 3 that live streamers may have: 


16.   I pressed the stream button, but nothing happens?

Go to your personal page. Select Settings-->Push flow SDK-->change lines


17. What should I do if fans use profanity or disrespect me?

Click on the username, select blacklist, report, and ban. Take a screenshot of the user's comments and report it to Uplive staff.


18.  What is a Backpack gift? How to get it?

Backpack gift is a reward for participation in an event or login to the App. The gift is free. Users can send this gift to their hosts for free. Click the Gift icon on the bottom and select Backpack to view your Backpack gifts.

Note: Backpack gifts have expiration date. The system will delete Backpack gifts once they are expired.

19.  Where can I find what events are running on the app at the moment?

Enter Uplive home page, you can see the current events on the banner on top of the home screen (slide left and right to view more). Click on any event banner to enter the event page that contains information on event period, rules, prizes, leaderboard and etc.


20.  I don't know my fan's or host's language. What should I do?

When you don't know someone's language, you can click on the "three bars" icon on the bottom. Then select “Translation”. Pay a certain amount uDiamonds to enable translation service.


21.  I see mysterious users on the board? How to become a mysterious user?

A mysterious person is someone who does not want everyone to find out who he/she is. Go to your personal page, select "VIP privilege setting". VIP3 users can choose invisibility on rankings boards. VIP5 users can choose invisible follow.

Note: The use of invisibility features requires certain VIP levels.

22.  What is Gifto gift?

Gifto is a new product, a combination of virtual currency and Uplive platform. Users can purchase Gifto through virtual currency (Bitcoin or Ethereum). You can send Gifto to hosts. Hosts can convert Gifto into salary.

23.  Why do some hosts have gold or diamond frame around their profile picture?

On the Uplive home page, if you see the host's cover has a special frame, it means that the host is one of the top three streamers on the weekly rankings in his/her region.
